Vinyasa Flow is movement linked with breath. The inhale brings you into the pose, the exhale lets you stay. Inhale as you come into the pose and exhale as you allow the body to lengthen and remain in the pose. There is usually a breath to a pose in a power Vinyasa class. In a purposeful Vinyasa Flow there may be 2-3 breaths per pose. Movement flows smoothly from poses to pose.
